Data controller
Claimr (claimr.eu) is the data controller for the processing of your personal data on the platform. Contact: via the messaging feature or the email listed on claimr.eu.
What we process and why
Account details (email, display name, Google profile name if used) to run your account; order and listing data to complete trades and fulfil the agreement between buyer and seller; messages to support the trade and prevent fraud (automatic pattern detection for off-platform trading); technical log data for operations and security.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) for accounts and trades; legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention and security; legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)) for bookkeeping and reporting requirements, including DAC7 once the platform enters commercial operation.
Processors and storage
Data is hosted with Supabase (database, EU region Stockholm) and Vercel (web hosting). Order data is retained as required by bookkeeping rules; account data is deleted upon account deletion unless the law requires longer retention.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk). Reach out via the contact details above and we'll respond as quickly as possible.

Claimr only uses necessary cookies: your login session and your light/dark theme choice. No tracking or marketing cookies are used.
